Great for home use
Well worth the money. I'm not a professional but I cut my fiancé & kids hair from home, I have been for years. My other pair was a cheap pair that lasted me over four years, the old pair was having problems, so I needed an upgrade. Figured if I was gonna bite the bullet and purchase a new clipper, I wanted a good one. Thats exactly what I got! Comfortable to handle and control. The guards seem very sturdy also. I wish it would have come with a carry bag/case but it certainly isn't something that is a deal breaker. I like the fact that the blades are replaceable. They are very sharp and cut through the thickest care with ease.

Works well, good cuts
I have a commercial grade Andis and this one. They work equally well for my twice-a-month hair cuts. This one is pretty light (compared to the commercial that has metal body).I like that it has a very long cord and that it came with a number of good (magnetic) attachments.

Good Clippers
Good clippers. Work well, but arrived and were already very greasy...like they had been used or oiled previously to me opening them. The attachments are VERY cheap feeling. Not happy with the quality of the clipper attachments.

Sharp cutting blades cut hairs well
I'm able to cut my own hairs with this clipper (with 2 mirrors) because the cutting blades are sharp. This clipper works well.

home barbering at it's finest
so i'm a youtube, hair cutting, wax/paste/fiber product wearing junkie. i hate spending money on a hair cut, when with a few tutorials i could cut my own hair and do it better.. if i mess up, oh well it will grow back and i didn't spend 25$ on a cut. clipper feels good in the hand, doesnt get that hot, but the only real problem it constantly trips the outlet, so i need to keep resetting it any and every time i turn the clipper on and off. the plastic guides are insanely sharp, when fading hair or just taking hair off it seems as if it's scratching the scalp. Overall these clippers are legit and paid for themselves with a few cuts. they run quiet, don't get that hot, and do a fine job!

Good clipper for a home user
Started to cut my own hair and have found this clipper to be a good value for the money. It's sharp and works well for my wet hair as well.

I am thoroughly disgusted and returning these clippers
Just two days ago I purchased a "new" Andis Envy clippers from Vita Place, but they are used! To say the least, I am thoroughly disgusted and returning these clippers. I knew it was a gamble to purchase clippers on Amazon since many others have had this same problem, but I figured since the seller Vita Place has 100% reviews and the clippers were "fulfilled by Amazon" there would be no problem. I was quite wrong... I thank God I have Jesus in my life otherwise I would be flipping a table or something...please see attached pictures. As you can see in the first image, the metal is chipped on the top left area below the teeth and has residue gunk of some kind on the metal. Also, the box was rather beat up when I first took it out of the package. Furthermore, the blade guard has markings on it and was very dirty looking. Moreover, in the forth picture (the over head one), the boxed area shows that these clippers have had many uses...Needless to say, I am never purchasing clippers on amazon again. I am just going to purchase them on the andis website - it will cost a bit more, but I know I will at least get a brand new product (that is the hope at least).Regarding the clippers in and of themselves, they are great. I have a roommate that has the Andi's combo set and have used the grey colored Envy and love them.

Needed a clipper for home
Was looking for a good clipper to use at home. Had purchased some cheaper clippers and regretted it. This clipper felt nice in my hands and had some weight to it. No problem cutting the husband's hair. The cord was nice and long. Only minor complaint is that the plastic guards feel a little cheap.*Update 1/10/16 - going to drop a star in the rating. The past 6 months the clipper has dramatically decreased in performance. It has been properly oiled and maintained between uses however it isn't cutting evenly and seems to bog down quickly. Will be tossing these and looking for a new brand to try.
