What is expiration date? And is it one or 3 bottles for the price? It's confusing

The price given is for one bottle of 60 tablets. The expiration date will vary; the bottles I received 4 weeks ago (first week of October) have an expiration of March 2024.

It says 180 count which is 3 bottles, but I only got one. Where are the others?
