They are just what I needed for protecting against leakage, Great fit (xl) an good quality. I would buy again (and I did, 9 pairs).

These are terribly small in size. Don’t bother ordering these
Tried them on and they fit tight. Thought they may be ok and washed them in cold water and short low dryer cycle. Now can’t get them much past my knees. These are the most poorly sized underwear for men with leakage. Stay away from these. If I could give them a zero I would.

Looks like a pair of regular underwear.
The waistband is somewhat tight after washing. It takes a conserve amount of time for the pouch to dry once washed.

After surgery I found pads very uncomfortable. Decided to give these a try. VERY comfortable. Don’t need them full time, only on long days away from home and when traveling.

Not true size
They are comfortable, but they run very small. I take a medium/large, so I had to order an X-large for them to fit.

They prevent wetting through your clothes
They are comfortable and absorbent. My husband has had two prostate surgeries and sometimes can’t get to the bathroom on time Theze help a lot. We bought a 2x. That’s the largest size but they run a little small so order a size larger
