I'm 2 years in with this diffuser, so I thought I'd come here to share my experience with it, along with the scents that can be purchased with it. In short, I love it! I chose the black as I knew it was going to be "hidden" , just underneath a half moon table in my entry way and I didnt want it to stand out. I have always kept it on smart mode, grade 2. This way it isn't over powering, just a pleasant scent when you walk in. Also, Ive found the Large bottle of the Aroma diffuser oil can last nearly 8-9 months this way. It doesn't leave any kind of residue, the sound it makes is a dull hum and it doesn't seem to bother the dogs. The puff cloud it releases does attract curious toddlers though. I try to unplug it and put it up high if we are expecting company. The only real cons I can think of: Do not let it tip over, that precious liquid will get everywhere. Also, refilling the scents can be kind of messy. Somehow the entire inside bottle always has some liquid on it, like a seal is broken or it builds some type of condensation on it. If that makes sense. I always change it in the kitchen, near the sink. Lastly, the scent refills are expensive. But, I try to watch them around Amazon special holidays and etc when they go on sale. And they do, like 3x a year. LOVE White tea, Dubai, Sandal, and 24K Magic. I try to grab 1 or 2 bottles at a time to get me through a year or longer. They also have the combo packs so you can experience small bottles of multiple scents. Hope this helps someone trying to decide on a system right now! Goodluck

The plug-in is easy to set up and use, but the scent isn’t as strong as I expected. It gives off a very light fragrance, which may work for smaller rooms, but it doesn’t carry well in larger spaces. Overall, it’s simple and convenient but could use more fragrance strength.

The product itself is great & seems to work, but when I opened the package, it was very apparent that I received a used one. It had a visible & scented oil residue all over it and the interior canister still had drops of a potent menthol smell. I tried my best to clean it before putting my scented oil in it, but it was definitely a hassle and frustrating to know I didn’t receive a brand new product. It’s as if I received a floor model or they sent me a returned item without even checking it. Bizarre.

Love that I can plug this into an out of the way wall socket and not have to have space on a desk or shelf. It is really quiet I hear it if I mute the TV and no one else is in the room but even then, I hear a slight humming from the pump. We have it in a large room (over 500sqft) but I can still smell the essential oil scent when I walk into the room. The only thing I ding it on is the settings are a little off in the instruction manual. The 12-hour setting says it run all the time when in actual it runs for 12 hours then shuts off and then starts back up 12 hours later. So, if you plug it in at 7am it turns off at 7pm then back on a 7am which I am fine with just the instructions in the manual are wrong. I am going to buy another for the back part of the large room so it will cover the whole place.
