Bite-balls Better
I dont have all my teeth; so the (awesome) bite-balls are better; not to mention i'm a bit clean-paranoid if the side holes fell into the toilet-water.

Bulky and make me gag
These are too wide for my mouth and trigger my gag reflex as a result. Really unpleasant experience with these.

3 Different Sizes
So this is embarrassing… as I have gained weight I have become a mouth breather. I think it’s making my double chin worse. These can all fit in my mouth. It feels like “work,” but I will need more time to see how large a difference they made. My daughter has sensory issues and I let her have one as a “chewy” so she’d stop chewing on eraser caps and she likes the texture.

Would have been nice if there was some directions

No instructions
These look as advertised, but instructions would be really helpful

It’s okay
It’s okay. I do like it better than the ball-shaped ones, but I’m not sure it’s really doing anything beneficial for me. I’m staying neutral on this one.

More Comfortable Than Some Exercisers
I had one of the early models of a jaw exerciser, and I didn't use it much because the large size hurt my jaw. It was just too big and bulky. This fits well and is easier to use. The only thing I don't like about it is that the air vents (or whatever the holes are for) kept pinching my mouth and cheeks. It takes some getting used to to avoid that. Otherwise, I recommend these over the larger ball type of exercisers.
