I love using this wax pot. I use one side for hard wax and one for soft and it is very nice. It heats up pretty quickly on both sides. If you put it on 40° it gets hot in about 20 minutes which is nice

I bought this to have my soft and hard wax in one warmer, however the satin smooth wax pot doesn't fit like other wax pots. It is a little too deep and too wide for a snug fit. The pot slides around and I don't want to dump out the wax into the removable pot although that would be a solution. As far as heating wise it works very nicely easy to operate and heats evenly.

Reliable and heats up quickly! Perfect because I use both hard and soft wax.

1 dial side didnt get turn on, not sure if it arrived broken cause i didn’t open it for months after it arrived

Was working perfectly fine for the first couple of days then the left wax pot just never reheat again Turned all the way up and not a single drop of heat

The item’s socket is not fit with Uk . I disappointed. I couldn’t use this item .
