I brought the 12 inch griddle pan for everyday use. It is a great product - a little pricey but worth every $$. The size, quality and the fact that it is non stick is good for making rotis, parathas, dosas, chappatis and frying cutlets etc. It comes with a life long warranty.The only catch is that it is heavy for me personally. I don’t like to wash this product in the dishwasher so I clean it manually.The problem that I have faced so far is that because of the size the heat distribution isn’t even which is fine as it does over time but not instantly. Hence, there are heat marks post first use that I am unable to get rid of. However, it hasn’t affected product performance.It is durable and doesn’t have a lid.Overall a good investment as it is made up of anything material that isn’t harmful for human body.

It is just as it claims, Non stick and a cool handle. Easy to use and clean.

I’m not a cook or liked to cook. I’m now learning to cook; it gives me a reason to use my HexClad cookware. Awesome experience! I highly recommend HexClad Cookware.

I am adding pieces of hex clad as I can. This is absolutely the best cook ware that I have ever used. Four years ago, my sweet cousin gifted me with the 12 inch frying pan. I have used it everyday since then and I love it. Nothing sticks, it doesn't scratch and the clean up is a breeze. I use the spray bottle Dawn and all I do is spray it, rinse and dry. No need really to put it in the dishwasher.Yes, it is expensive but, piece by piece I will own it. I bought the whole set of Calphalon and am retiring it. Follow me as I continue to build my Hex Clad set.

This pan looks to be good for induction stove cooking, with a raised surface with non-stick surface . I have a similar saucepan which works well, but in reading review online (not here), I have decided to return this pan: the cost was very high (I've never paid that much for any cookware), and from what I have read, it has to be seasoned before using it. I have never had to "season" a non-stick pan before, though I know some cast iron required that. Cast iron is just too heavy for me to use, I was looking for a non-stick pan with lighter weight. This one seems OK but the reviews are turning me off. By the way (I suspected where it was made), the box says "made in P.R.C." - which is "Peoples Republic of China". I'm going to try to find a non stick griddle or get a stainless steel one.

Love this pan so much...going to try to buy a pan every month to replace my old pans. I've used the griddle I just bought about 5 times. Nothing sticks and I can use my metal spatulas. Easy to clean! Worth the money.

I LOVE THESAE PANS. I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL FOR OUR OWN USE AS WELL AS FOR SOME OF OUR KIDS. THEY ARE GOOD QUALITY NAD HEAVY DUTY. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT FIVE STARS BUT GETTING A RETURN FOR A POT THAT WAS DEFECTIVE WAS A NIGHTMARE. YOU DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE FACTORY ON THE RETURN BUT THERE IS MORE LEG WORK IF YOU BUY THEM FROM A RETAIL OULLET AS OPPOSSED TO BUYING THEM ON THE HEXCLAD WEBSITE. THE PART NUMBERS AND PACKAGE OPTIONS ARE ALSO DIFFERENT ON THE RETAIL SIDE
