Prolux 2.0 Bagless Backpack Vacuum with Electric Power Nozzle for Carpet Cleaning

Update we bought this a month ago and I was very pleased with it. However several things are breaking on it. The company is sending us a new dust cup after the clip broke while removing the dust cup, but now one of the foot pedals on the motorized head broke and the motor gets extremely hot even though our filter is clean and the dust cup is empty. We are losing a lot of suction. We know how to work on vacuums and we've checked this one out, but we still can't figure out what's going on.Original review. We own a cleaning company and bought this about a month ago. I am very, very picky about our equipment. This has been amazing. It's not really heavy and it has such awesome suction. If you lose suction pull out your top rinsable filter. Ours was just caked!. We have to wash ours every weekend when we're done with our clients. It gets extremely Dusty and then your suction is gone. Beside that it would be really great if there is a larger nozzle attachment on the head for wider paths. Other than that I am very happy.

Do not purchase based on photo, you will be disappointed. Purchased this vacuum THREE separate times due to not receiving the attachments that are shown. Amazon even let me keep the 2nd one for 3 weeks, prior to ordering the 3rd, to make sure the warehouse would get the memo on including correct attachments in the future 3rd purchase. Just got the 3rd one today (shipped back the 2nd today as well) and still incorrect attachments. Not even close to what is shown in photo. I called before ordering this time to be sure it was safe to order the 3rd and the woman told me “yes everything should be good to go because we removed the item from our website and put it back up showing correct attachments”. That’s a lie. Ordering from another site or directly from the manufactur from now on, this is ridiculous Amazon. I specifically order this nearly $300 vacuum for ALL attachments included, shouldn’t get ripped off for that price.

I've been looking to buy a backpack vacuum for my residential cleaning business for about a year now, and I'm very glad I went with this. The quality is much greater than I was expecting. It is heavy, but not once it's on your back and properly adjusted. Great suction, and easy to clean, too. I'm definitely going to purchase more of this model as my business grows.

ProLux has No customer service. No phone number. They won't call you. You cannot call them. They emails they exchange are unprofessional, unclear, and waste precious time. They don't offer any help with getting you any parts to replace the broken ones and anything that does break, they make you pay for to ship. Save yourself a headache and buy an established brand.

Seems like I have to empty often and the pet hair attachment does not have the suction I was hoping for. Once I get used to it on my back I think it will be great! Oh and it's really hard to get the pieces apart...I really have to pull to detach the floor piece and the handle at the top. Should be a lot easier than it is!
