I am 6'3", 33 waist and find the 34" pretty loose around the waist and am depending on drawstrings to keep the shorts in place. Length is perfect for my height. 34" Would fit a 35-36 waist perfectly. Overall very happy with quality and design of the product.

Use for ju Jitsu training. Material is flexible and doesn’t restrict movement. Internal drawstring and Velcro hold secure. The quality far exceeds the price point. Great deal. Would buy again and recommend to anyone.

Rumor has it, these shorts actually make you better at Jiu Jitsu, now the caveat is that you have to train consistently. They are super comfortable and come with a thick drawstring to insure you don't get depantsed from those ornery black belts. Very durable, I roll multiple times per week in these shorts and they hold up to tough rounds, frequent washing, and a lot of sweat.
