This item has a good size, providing ample space for my mouse to move and responds well on it. The surface is smooth and ensures precise tracking. I am actually kind of in love with this Linux desk pad. It is high quality, large, the text is easy to read so you can actually use it for reference! It also serves as a wonderful mouse pad due to its slick material, but does not slip around on the desk itself. It looks just like the photos. My only complaint is that it smelled like chemicals upon first opening the package. I had to air it out before I felt comfortable bringing it into my office, but after about a half hour it was fine. Great value for $20!
