Update: After a few longer trips in the car, I noticed that the phone flashes back and forth between "charging" and "charging paused". It does this rapidly and interrupts anything going on with the phone (like music) because its a notification. After this happened a few times, I noticed that the phone was hot. So it seems that it's causing the phone to overheat and stop charging. Very disappointing. Downgrading to two stars. Short trips in the car are OK. Long trips are bad. PS - the holder mechanism, which I thought was going to be an issue when I first looked at it, is still working fine.This charger feels very cheap. The closer mechanism feels weak and prone to break easily. However, i've had it for a month now and i haven't had any problems with it. Playing with it before installing and actually using it seem like two completely different things and it looks like it's going to hold up fine. It holds the phone securely.The charger works great too. No issues and it is a fast charger.I had a magnetic phone mount already in the car that used the same ball mount system this one does. Instead of removing the old one, i reused the ball/base part that was already in the car. That worked out great because i have it in a location on the dash that required a small 3M tape base which did not come with this charger.

Unfortunately, the wireless charging for this never worked with my Samsung Galaxy S8 since day one! The only thing this was good for was holding my phone so that I could use a cable to actually charge my phone. Unfortunately, that was a hit-or-miss situation as the suction on this was a disgrace. I would be driving and my phone would come flying off at me it was either keep my eye on the road or let my phone crash or a combination of hope I catch my phone while I'm paying attention to the road. This is an extremely dangerous device because it did not stay mounted and would distract the driver. I tried multiple ways of getting it to stay mounted I cleaned the window with alcohol initially wiped it let it dry tried putting it on dry tried putting it on damp tried cleaning both the window again and the suction cup nothing seemed to work to keep this device mounted to the window where it should have stayed..... I would not recommend this product.

I really wanted this and was excite..but totally disappointed with the product. First two days my phone s7 edge with otterbox case got overheated with in 30 mins use. Now the charging is inconsistent. 30 mins of travel it charges 1% of the battery. It was easy to install on my windshield. suction cup holds well. Clamp that holds phone is very not good. I wrote a feedback to seller, hoping i got defective unit. But they did bother to contact me. I will wait for couple of days to give benefit to the seller. If they are not responding, I am sending it back.

I purchased this item for travel, which I do a lot of, so I could leave my OEM Samsung phone holder in my Jeep. (Looks exactly like this item without the charging capability.) Upon removing the item from the box, I noticed right away that it is not as high-quality as my OEM Samsung phone holder that I use in my Jeep. It is easy to assemble and install (window mount) but the swivel mount does not hold as tightly as my Samsung holder and will dip slowly while driving with my Samsung S9+ in the mount. I tried adding a couple small pieces of duct tape inside the ball socket to see if that would "stiffen" it up, but only slightly. I may try using some nail polish on the ball itself to see if that adds the dimension it needs to ensure it fits tight enough to keep from moving while driving. The wireless charging function works great, but the micro USB power connection is a little flimsy.

The media could not be loaded.  My phone was always just laying about in my car and I wanted a space for it up and out of the way. This does keep it out of the way it as I said in my video I would have liked a better option to attach it to my dashboard without something sticky. So having it hanging on my window took a bit of getting used to. I also had a problem with the cord that keeps coming out of the unit. It just doesnt stick in there well enough and it does get annoying. Maybe I drive over too many bumps I dont know but I dont think it should come out at much as it does.Other then that I am enjoying my mount and will continue to use it

The first time I put the dash disc on my car it didn’t stick at all. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one saying the one I originally got doesn’t seem to stick as well as the other batch. The new disc still didn’t stick to my dash. I’m pretty sure it’s because my dash has a weird texture. The vent clip wouldn’t work for my vehicle either (2015 Tiguan). I was able to MacGyver something using 3M strips from the store and it held wonderfully! The charging part works extremely well and doesn’t move from the weight of my phone. Even though the product didn’t work that well at first with my car the company was very fast and helpful and the product itself works very well.

Awesome! I purchased it more than a month ago and I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it and it actually is fast-charging ( I know it is advertises as such, but I have previously bougth different brands which unfortunately were regular chargers so i did not have high expectations)! I was so tired of all the cables going around my car so this was a great solution! It comes in a box with everything you need to install it and they also give you different options on how to do it! I really love this wireless fast car charger!!! My best friend fell in love with it so I will be ordering one for her as a gift!

I really needed a car charger and wanted one that would hold my phone for me too in case I needed to use my GPS while driving. This helped with both scenarios. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and it fit well into the charger. It is easy to mount on the car and had good directions to follow. It came with a cord to plug into the device and as long as you have a phone that is compatible with the wireless charger, you should be able to charge your phone by setting it into the charger. I'm very pleased with this product!
