I work out 6 times a week and it felt like I had tennis elbow in my right elbow. It got to the point where it was very painful to do certain exercises that put stress on the elbow. I had taken glucosamine years ago and I remember it working. My only problem is that since I have colitis, my stomach is very sensitive to many supplements. So I was looking for a supplement that did not have a lot of extra ingredients. I found this one on Amazon and decided to give it a shot. I've been on it for a month now and I actually notice a difference in my workouts. It might still be a little sore at times, but nowhere near the pain I was experiencing before. And good news - it didn't impact my stomach. Great! Will definitely reorder.

I docked two stars because my bottle arrived dirty with stains that are probably from the vitamin itself. I think the last thing a consumer wants to see is that the packaging is dirty for something they are about to consume regularly. This is supposed to be good for joint support, so I will follow up if I notice any considerable changes to my knees since they are weak.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes full almost up to the neck; that's pretty rare nowadays!If used as directed it will last eight months(!).The "best before" date on mine (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Jun 30, 2026.The capsules have almost no scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. The product page says 3rd-party tested and has a cGMP stamp.BulkSupplements.com is one of the companies I have used supplements from the most over the years. But I still look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The bulksupplements site is functional, and even says they have COAs (Certificate of Authenticity) available for all their products. I don't see a phone number but they do have a chat feature on the site, and they have a listing on Google Maps with both an address and phone number.I found an article from the end of 2023 done by an online lab which tested 15 supplements from BulkSupplements, and 1/3 of them did not pass. Reasons included some that contained almost none of the advertised supplement, one had toxic metals, and another had 2.75x more potassium chloride in it than was listed on the label (noteworthy because that is involved with electrical signaling of the heart). One thing I admire about them is that they went to work immediately to resolve those issues. Respect.If you are getting their products it's also good to order from Amazon because based on online reviews there are quite a few unhappy direct order customers with regards to shipping and customer service issues.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
