I’ve used a few times in the gym and I really like it and there’s no residue and you just go under the water and rinse it off and it’s perfect!

I'm a sweaty mess when I work out and regular Chalk doesn't last long. This stuff dries fast, distributes well, helps me grip and stays on longer through all my palm sweat. Great addition to my excercise accessories

Got this for my beginner daughter to use while she practices. It goes on well, dries quickly, and it definitely makes it easier for her than without. It feels better on her hands and helps her grip significantly.It goes on kind of the thickness of Elmer’s glue or sunscreen, but she rubs it around and any stickiness goes away and then looks mostly like chalked hands.However, it does seem to wear off quickly after a couple of flips. It flakes off a bit and then we have to reapply again frequently. It’s not very cost effective at that rate, but maybe just for occasional use when traditional chalk is not a good fit.

I bought this as a means to help my sweaty hands in the gym, and the product works fantastically.I use about a small pea-sized amount, and rub it into my palms. The alcohol evaporates in just a few seconds, leaving behind dry, evenly chalked hands. The alcohol doesn't smell bad either (it's fairly neutral, if not a slightly pleasant smell).Overall, very happy with this product. The lid seems to seal well and doesn't feel like it will leak out into my gym bag (but I keep it inside a plastic bag, just in case anyways).

Pretty good, but you have to use quite a lot so the small bottle will not last a long time. It also takes a few seconds to dry, so not useable during long climbs. It's mess free and as grippy as normal chalk if not more.

Used for indoor bouldering. Works very well for grip, dries quickly and has little to no scent.Definitely recommend, you don't need to use as much as you think, a penny sized drop is more than enough.

I bought this because my gym doesn't allow chalk use due to the mess.HIGHLY RECOMMEND. At first it feels wet but it dries with the perfect finish to be able to grip the bar. And no mess, UNLESS you accidentally wipe your hands on your clothes.You don't have to use too much at a time. And the small bottle comes with a loop, perfect to hook onto my gym bag

I lift at a GoodLife where powdered chalk is not allowed. This product is perfect and does not create a mess.
