This bread box is truly amazing. After my kids have flown the nest, I find my bread goes bad before I can eat it. The little date dial on the top has really shown me how awesome this bread box is. I bought a loaf a month and a half ago and it’s still so soft and fresh as the day I bought it! No mold, no dry hard bread. I’m totally amazed! The lid is hard for me sometimes but that’s my hands. You need to seat the lid and then depress the short ends first. Then the long ends. Most of the time I can do it on the first try but once in a while I struggle so I just take it completely off and start over. It’s because I didn’t seat it right the first time. I appreciate this because it shows me I didn’t have a good seal the first time. Packaging was protective and shipment was fast! They are streamline and stack nicely too. I highly recommend this! I have 2 right now. One for bread and one for baked goods. It kept my cupcakes good for over a month! They were still fresh and moist as the day I baked them!! Being just one person I can’t eat 12 cupcakes fast. Lol. I kinda doubt it but I’m gonna get another and see if it will keep fruit fresher longer on my counter. Maybe not since fruit has a high moisture content but it’s worth a try. I can always use another for a different bread since it keeps the bread fresh for so long. Seriously I can’t recommend this highly enough!

I love this Gifhomfix Bread Box. I've been using mine for a couple month now and it keeps my sourdough sandwich bread fresh for 4 or 5 days, and so far, there hasn't been any mold on the bread. I would highly recommend this bread box for anyone that bakes their own bread. P.S. It clearly states on the instructions that come with the bread box DO NOT put in your dishwasher!

I've had this bread box for two years and genuinely love it. It fits the loaves I make in my Zojirushi well, and I like the date tracker on the lid. With a wet wash and vinegar wipe-down between loaves (rather than just shaking out crumbs and wiping dry), I typically get 4–5 days before any mold shows up. The lid is a little fussy but closes easily enough once you get the hang of it. My one real problem: I ran it through my LG dishwasher — top rack, auto cycle, no heated dry — to get a deeper clean and see if it would help the bread last even longer. Both the lid and the main container warped. The product is clearly marked dishwasher safe, so either that labeling needs to change or the materials need to be upgraded to actually hold up to a dishwasher. I'll be buying a replacement, but this one is hand-wash only from now on.

Gifhomfix Store: Airtight Bread Box, Made from PET, w/Silicone Seal, Drain Board, 12”Lx6.2”Wx6.1”T This product is an airtight container designed for food storage and is described as a “Bread Box” for use in storing baked good. The container is made of a clear polymer and sealed with a clear polymer lid. The lid is sealed with a silicone seal around the perimeter of the lid and is secured with a latch on each of the container’s four sides. The measurements of the container are 12” long by 6.2” wide by 6.1” tall. The top to this container has a stylized date indicator that the user may utilize record an important date (Month and Day) such as a Purchase Date or an Expiration Date. It also contains a silicone rubber vent that can be used to vent the container, if needed. Finally, this container is provided with a perforated drain board that is sized to fit into the bottom of the container. This perforated drain board keeps the product off of the bottom of the container and is particularly useful if the container is used to store fruits and vegetables. The container I chose utilizes the Yellow-colored trim. I chose this color because it is the same as for other containers I have purchased in this product line. SPECIAL NOTE: This container is injection molded from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polymer which is the same polymer that is commonly used to make clear soda bottles. This polymer is perfectly fine for use in food contact conditions. However, there is an issue with using PET for this product that the purchaser MUST be aware of. Unfortunately, PET polymer has a relatively low melting point and this product is, therefore, NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. If this item is placed into a dishwasher and exposed to very hot water it will be distorted. This product has a working temperature of -4° to 140°Fahrenheit according to the product’s Amazon page. This means that this product cannot be placed into a dishwasher, a microwave oven, nor can it be exposed to boiling water. This temperature restriction is cited on the product’s Amazon page and it is also indicated on the product itself. You have been warned! I very much like this container and the line of products that it represents. I now have container specifically designed for the storage of eggs, bacon, sliced American cheese, and now this bread box. They are very sturdy, very nice looking, and very functional for me.

I bake all of our bread and storage is an issue. These bread keepers do the trick. It won’t keep the bread “fresh out of the oven” but does keep it soft for up to a week. Easy to clean and sturdy. Perfect for a standard home baking loaf and fits baguettes as well

This container does exactly what I wanted it for: it can fit an entire loaf of bread baked in a Zojirushi Virtuoso breadmaker. It was really difficult finding a reusable container for those long bread loafs, unless I wanted to get a ridiculously oversized one. But it's also just a solid product overall. I see a lot of negative reviews pointing out that the lid is finicky, and that it isn't dishwasher safe. Personally I haven't had any issues with the lid, though you do have to make sure to line it up perfectly in place before locking the sides. Maybe other people received defective ones but that isn't a problem I've had thankfully. As for it not being dishwasher safe, the words "not dishwasher safe" are written in several places (the Amazon page, the slip of paper included in the container, etc.) Maybe that warning wasn't plastered all over until people started pointing out the issue. But if any reviews after today (12/10/25) complain about the container warping in the dishwasher, you can be confident that the reviewer didn't pay attention to numerous disclaimers before chucking it in there and damaging it. And I don't really think it's fair to give the product a bad review at that point. Additionally, the date-marking feature on the lid is genuinely useful. The plastic is also thick and I wouldn't worry about it warping with regular use. And it's fully airtight from what I can tell. I'm really happy with this container and I can recommend it, though if it ends up deteriorating I'll be sure to update this review.

I like the idea of this Gifhomfix Bread Box, and I bought two of them. One for myself and another for my daughter (who has a Gluten Allergy). It's a great item . I put a loaf of bread in mine, without the wrapper and a few days later, my bread was moldy. I cleaned it well and added another loaf and that also molded. My daughter had the same problem. There are no preservatives in Gluten Free bread. They are both cleaned up now. I have packaged cookies in one and English muffins and bagels in the other. Trying again!

All of us purchasers are being continually asked by Amazon to review a product that we just received. It seems like readers of these Customer reviews would wanna know more than what it looked like brand new in the box. I can’t go along with that idea. The only meaningful review would include how it acts after use. After washing. After dropping. So I got this bread box and so far after two loaves of bread it seems to work just fine. I was more impressed with the first loaf than the second loaf. In a few months I might have a more meaningful opinion.

Wonderfully sized bread box — transparent enough to see the contents and expiry dates. Has a rubber stopper for aeration if desired. Has a rack below to separate crumbs, if necessary. I keep a desiccant packet in it because of high humidity where I live.

LLego antes de lo programado, lo estoy probando y voy a ver que tanto guarda bien el pan. El materia y el tamaño me gustaron mucho, mas adelante escribo si me funciono bien con el pan.
