Fab for restless leg syndrome.
I started these tablets 3 days ago for horrendous restless leg syndrome. I take 2 a day. I can honestly say they work. I'm waiting for my legs to twitch while watching tv but so far so good. The back of my knees are itching to let loose but so far not had to move or stretch them out. Early days but delighted. More rested in morning also. Fingers crossed.

Good price for 365 tablets of 200mg magnesium citrate. Magnesium citrate is the more easily absorbed magnesium compared to magnesium sulphate. Packaged well in dark bottles. Made in the UK. Suitable for vegetarians. Long best before date - 2020. Recommend
