These patches are not just for your knees. I decided I would try one on my stiff ankle. I was surprised at the warm relief I got almost immediately. I then decided to try it on my lower back. I also was surprised when I got a warm, comforting relief there. The adhesive is great and it stays in place for hours. The smell is a little overpowering, but when I’m home and ready for bed, I don’t mind that. You get 24 patches which is a great value. I would definitely recommend these for soothing any pain you’re having on any joint or muscle area.

Very difficult to open and apply, ruin 2 out of 5. Pity the design is poor because I think it does help the pain.

Great product. It helps the pain. Only thing i found is hard to put on. Hard to pull the patch off of backing.After you get the backing keep the patch straight.

Got this product bc I real through the reviews. It was fine while I had them on but once I took them off to shower, my knees started burning!! Post shower my knees are sensitive to the touch like a sunburn and super red where the patches were. I don’t have sensitive skin or allergies or anything like that.

As soon as I got it I put one on right away. They didn't work instantly but within the hour. I like that they are flexible and you can cut them down to size
