Awesome.... really it's all you need
With this fantastic STURDY well-made tool, you don't need the long tube one with splaying ends (also from Park tool). This takes care of the job PLENTY. I didn't even have to remove the SPECIALIZED STUMPJUMPER frame out of the hanging bike rack to hammer out the SRAM bottom bracket. (as I did when I tried other hack methods, placing it on top of wood against the cement floor careful not to scratch it and Wack it from above with a hammer and a DIY tool, just scratched it, damaged the bracket and only came out partially) With this BEAUTIFUL Park tool, ...NONE of that mess. Just 1) align it properly 2) hold it with one hand so it stays tight and well aligned (this is vital/crucial, or you'll waste the tool, it has to be perfectly well aligned before you Wack it) to this end they the tool has that BLUE DRIFT to align it perpendicular to the frame 3) Wack it with a big hammer a few times 2-3 in my experience with medium strength. and "Voila" !! it comes out without fuss. What a magnificent tool!

Allows for easy REMOVAL only, additional tool required for installation. Works well though.
This will allow you to REMOVE BB30 bearings, but will not allow you to INSTALL them on its own. In the image you'll see the main removal tool as well as two installation "cups". These installation cups are used during the installation process but this tool alone cannot install bearings. The description may be a little unclear but I'm familiar with press fit bearings so I knew off the bat that I'd need an additional tool for installation. The removal tool works well, just be sure that you have it actually seated inside of the old bearing before whacking it with a hammer, this will ensure the bearing comes out cleanly and easily without damaging anything. If you need to install new bearings, do yourself a favor and make a press out of $3 worth of parts from the hardware store (threaded rod + washers + nuts). Make sure the bearings are going in straight during installation. The only way I'd buy the Park Tools press is if I were installing multiple sets of press fit bearings per week, a hardware store hack job is perfect for the occasional bearing replacement.

Worked like a charm
Knocked out my BB30 with no issues. Easier than the slide hammer, blind pullers I have used in the past. I like the captured dummy drift that aids in maintaining proper alignment. I am glad it came with proper drifts to use on my bearing press for installing the new BB30 bearings. I wish I didn't need a different tool for each bike's bottom bracket, but whatever now I have this one too!

Don't have to wait for LBS
For the weekend warrior, if your bike needs a bottom bracket bearing change, this is a must have tool. You don't have to miss a ride if your local bike store is closed. You can do your own work. Very easy to do a BB30 with Ultegra cranks. You will need a press fit tool, buy or make your own. Worthwhile investment.

Works great!
As an owner of a bike with a PF30 bottom bracket, the choice is buy this tool or buy another bike. I purchased this with the Park HHP-3 Bearing Press tool. So now when I get tired of the creaking I can pop out the bearings, grease the BB shell, and put them back in and enjoy three months of silent riding. The bearing drifts that come with this are the perfect size for pressing in the bearings, so bonus value there! If you have a PF30 or BB30 that's making noise, get this tool, get a new bike or live with the creak.

Helpful Removal Tool
I used this for my Cannondale CAAD 10 BB30 bottom bracket. After some successive hits with a hammer, it would move from where I had it positioned, but a really helpful product. I don't know why they include the two parts for installing a bottom bracket when that requires is an entirely different tool. If I had to buy something like this again I would look for one of the tools that pulls the bearing out with a screw mechanism instead of banging it out.

It works.
Don't know what to say other than it works and it is what you would expect from Park Tool. I wish I could have gotten the tool without the presses since I already had that size. But, I couldn't find one without them.

You need this if you're stuck with BB30
It's easy to use, but can be terrifying because you're taking a hammer to your bike (via the tool). If you're stuck with ultra-creaky BB30 (the worst invention ever on a bicycle), you need this tool to remove the bearings so you can try to stop the nasty creaks. Sadly, you have to buy another tool to install the BB. The BBT-30.4 is expensive for essentially being a fancy stick. Maybe when enough people buy one, manufacturers will switch to yet another BB standard. Please do your duty and buy it.
