Will it hold the contigo 3" across at bottom

It is 4 inches across the part that holds stuff, the part that fits into the holder in the car is 2 1/2, hope this helps, I get huge tea and they always fit

Will this fit in the small cup holders of my Pontiac Solstice?

I believe most every vehicle comes with a standard size cup holder. (which does not accept the larger drink cups.) If I'm correct about that, then yes, this cup holder will fit. It did in mine.

Will this holder securely hold a 40 ounce mug made by reduce?

I’m not familiar with Reduce or it’s 40oz bottle shape or dimensions. I have a 40oz Hydro Flask that fits just fine in this holder. If they’re similar in diameter, then I would say yes.

Will this fit and securely hold the Yeti 14 oz mug with a handle?

You would have to measure the bottom width and compare to the 32 and 40 oz hyroflasks. The 30 oz fits for sure....however what the issue for my car is that the bottom of the holder does not fit "securely" into my cars cup holders. It just does not hold. I have to support it from the front with a baby wipes tub and put paper (or something) in the bottom part to keep it from falling over. I have Subaru XV and use it in the middle console where I have two cup holders. Been looking for an alterative holder but have not been able to find one yet.
