Product was very well packaged so none of the contents would have had an opportunity to get misplaced. The necklace is dainty but it is silver plated with gold so it should be fairly resistant to wear compared to a gold only counterpart. The key pendant is real jade and was in great shape with no cracks in the stone or anything. There were also unexpected bonus items along with the necklace. There was a compact measuring tape, pocket mirror and also a polishing cloth infused with metal polish for maintenance of the necklace. These items were all individually wrapped as part of a gift box and it made it an unexpected pleasure to open the box, especially as this was also purchased as a birthday gift. My wife loved it and I appreciate the extra consideration on the seller’s part to do business this way. Recommend highly and would buy again.

Beautiful necklace, and I loved how it looked on me but the chain broke the first time I wore it just from getting Snagged in my hair.****Edit*****- it was my mistake, I thought it broke but it was the chain design coming undone. The company gladly provided another chain with a different clasp and all is well! They were very helpful and responsive and the necklace is beautiful

Very nicely made and the jade is nice quality, and it's not an " in your face" pendant for Hello Kitty lovers who are in their teens or much older. The pendant could be put on a bracelet, though, as a charm without being bothersome to the wearer, so that's the upside of its size. I would recommend. Arrived on time and packaging was perfect for gift-giving.

The Jade I like but the chain necklace was a little short for her. The Jade earrings are nice too but the push through ear piece should be U shape reason being, the stud is plastic and can fall off.
