Tong Ren Tang yams are carefully selected from a production facility in Henan. They are dried and cut into slices, and possess a natural, yellow-white color. They contain very little water, so that when they are boiled, they emit a light fragrance. They make for a tasty nutritional supplement. Direction 15-30 grams at a time. Recommendations for consumption: 1. Sea cucumber, yam, and black chicken soup: 6 grams of sea cucumber, 15 grams of Chinese yam, 10 grams of red dates, 125 grams of black chicken, two slices of fresh ginger, stew in clear water. 2. Yam, lily, and lean meat soup: 20 grams of yam slices, 150 grams of lean pork, 15 grams of dried lilies, 20 grams of figs, 20 grams of pearl barley, 15 grams of gorgon fruit, 10 grams of medlar, 20 grams of dried lotus, 15 grams of radix polygonati officinalis, 10 grams of dried longan, stew in clear water.
