Peak Design does it again!!
I'm a long time fan of Peak Design, the only pitfall I can think of when it comes to their stuff is of course the price tag. But with anything of there's, the quality, features and thoughtfulness of their products quickly justifies it. I use this camera cube to carry either my DJI Mavis mini 4 Pro with its batteries and accessories, and/or, my Sony A7C with a Tampon 20-40mm lens on it with enough room to fit my GoPros, Insta360 X3 and some accessories. I always travel with this cube when I pack my 45L travel bag from PD. The ability to use it independently as a sling is a bonus, but you'll need the lanyard which doesn't come with it.

Useful part of a larger packing system
The Peak Design packing systems are pricey but as you build what you need within the pack, there is a lot of flexibility. I have a very large backpack that is built for cameras. I like it quite a bit. Despite the weight you can get to with camera's then a bunch of lenses, then the computer the LowPro is comfortable. But it really is just for cameras.I was looking for a backpack that could do what the LowPro can do but also has the flexibility to be used in other ways as well. This Peak system does that. I got the backpack, then a medium camera cube, then added the small cube. I can now pack the backpack as just camera's or I can have great protection for a single camera system and add clothes, etc for a trip that might be possible in a single bag. The total system appears durable but also adds flexibility.

It's good. Almost great. Almost.
It's not fully a cube since the top is wider (6.5 inches) and the bottom is narrower (4.5 inches) so it tapers a bit. Meaning you'll have to adjust whatever you're fitting to possibly lean against the inside walls. I have an extra divider from a previous cube and you can see how it slants even though the velcro is flush against the walls. It makes it harder to properly fit things.Other than that, it gets the job done. But I really would love for it to be less tapered. Still no regrets.

Great small bag
This is a great compact option for safely carrying my DSLR and one extra lens, with the charger, extra battery.

I wish they were cubes and I wish they were sized for most typical use cases.
I purchased the XSmall, Small & Smedium Cubes. They look well-made and I have no doubt that they will last. For reference, my use case was looking for a case that I could put in my backpack for an upcoming trip.My main feedback is that I wish they were in fact cubes or at least the same size from top to bottom. As they are designed, they aren’t good for much. The xsmall & small are too narrow on the bottom for camera to fit properly and because they flare out like a V they are too big at the top. Maybe this was a design “feature” that allows cameras of different sizes to be crammed in there but I’d rather have something that fit more consistent. Also, since they are U or V shaped the dimensions on your website should be updated. 4” at the bottom and 6” at the top. When I try to put my relatively small Nikon z6ii in the bag I feel like its crammed in there on the bottom and there is too much space at the top.The smaller (XSmall & Small) bags seem better suited for holding separates instead of Camera + Lens setup. If your looking for a lens bag then I think this would be great! Once you get into the smedium size it will hold a camere + lens But seems like a camera bag would work better…….
