Works great for my needs
I have a slightly less common use for these, and that's cleaning dog kennels. I volunteer at a dog rescue kennel facility and sometimes have to clean the outdoor kennels. There are 12 of them and it involves cleaning up LOTS of poop, washing water and food bowls, cleaning their Igloo dog houses, and hosing down the kennels while the dogs are jumping on you with poopy paws! Haha! I usually come home smelly like poop and pee, and sometimes still with poop paw prints on me. Haha! I've often joked that I need a hazmat suit or PPE for this job, and now I have these gowns! I wore one yesterday while cleaning the kennels and it worked! The dogs nails did not tear it and it had poop all over it. It held up great! I stayed dry and clean the entire time, which is a miracle! Although it is big on me, that doesn't matter. I just tied it tight and it worked. I was able to move around on it, play with the dogs and do everything else I needed without any mobility issues. I will be wearing one of these each time I clean those kennels going forward. I think other volunteers want to wear one too, so they might get some of these. If you're willing to donate some to the dog rescue for volunteers to wear while cleaning, let me know! I know it would be greatly appreciated by us kennel cleaners!

Adequate gowns
You get 10 gowns for a very low price, equating to just about a buck and a half each. What would anyone expect for such a budget gown?I'm not a tall person, so these fit loose. A big person may have trouble fitting into them. They work in between sizes imho. Some reviews mention the listing saying "one size fits all" not being true. I concur. One size fits most imho.Ok, so the wrist elastic bands are poor and work only if your wrists are the thickness of a sumo wrestler... the material can be ripped easily... it won't protect you from hazards found in places one should not be using cheap gowns... however, for mycology, general lab work, etc., these disposable gowns can do the job in a pinch to protect your clothes, or keep your clothes from comingin contact with whatever you are buffering from.I actually got them as a backup for my lab and actually glad I did. They are (at least for me), pretty easy to put on and tie behind. If you need a disposable breathable gown with a measure of buffering between you and a subject, these may work for you.

Serves its purpose, but large (actually XXL)
What I ordered was supposed to be a "Large" and what showed up was XXL. The package, as shown in the photo, is actually Halyard Tri-Layer AAMI2 Over the Head Isolation Gowns. I'm 5'10 and 155 lbs and these gowns go down to less than 12" from the floor; the sleeves are also pretty long. I could probably fit two of me into one gown. The listing now says "universal size", which apparently means big enough to fit literally anyone! However, the sleeves do have thumb holes and elastic wrists, I suppose to aid in donning gloves over the sleeves, and there's a waist tie that ties in back, so you get full coverage.I'll be using these for when I spray paint and don't want to get covered in overspray; these are more economical and better breathing (so less hot/sweaty) than the typical Tyvek bunny suits, so they'll do the job, albeit not as trim fitting as I would like.

Durable, large, good coverage
I am a petite person, but this is definitely useful. It has straps so that I can adjust the waist length. It is made of sturdy material too!

These are NOT one size fits ALL
These isolation gowns miss the mark for me in a couple of areas. What they do well is offer protection against staining your clothes/uniform underneath. They are not a woven fabric, which makes them stiffer. And while these were supposed to be a one size fits all, they are definitely a “one size fits most” kind of product. Provided I got these to try out in the field, I needed a more reliable fit because the slightest awkward position or wrong move causes the fabric to rip and tear way too easily. I personally feel future buyers should exercise an abundance of caution before ordering. As a reference, I’m a big & tall man who usually wears a 2 or 3 XL shirt with a chest circumference of 55” inches, and these were simply an inch or two way tighter.2 Stars at best

works well
you have slip it on over your head, then tie around the waist, good coverage, but I hate the wrist extenstions. theres a portion that you're supposed to slip your thumb in and it covers the bottom half of your hand. I just fold that and tuck it under the wrist elastic. I dont see the need for the thumb hole
