Any chance someone could post the ingredients? I don't trust what other sites say they are since it seems like ingredients can vary...?

My box says: ground chick peas, ground fava beans, spice blend, minced onion, garlic, baking soda, salt and sesame seeds.

what is salt amount in it? I just hope they reduced it since 2018. Thanks for the response.

400mg for 1/4 cup. I take a can of low or no salt garbanzo beans and roughly chop them, add 1/2 cup of falafel mix, one egg white and the garbanzo bean liquid as need to make a slightly chunky paste. It makes quite a few falafels depending on the size of the falafel you prefer and lowers the per falafel sodium level.
