My cats have been using this for a couple of weeks and it's the perfect height for them.I also like how wide the bowl is. I feel like it prevents whisker fatigue with how shallow it is. The shallowness also makes it pretty easy to clean.My only complaint is that the base feels hollow, but there's no way to drain water if it gets in there. I've been running it in the dishwasher, but I've swapped to hand washing and I'm attempting to keep from submerging it since I'm not sure what would happen if water got in the base.I wish there was a hole in the bottom for drainage, just in case

Very cute! Could be used for various things such as a catch bowl, a water bowl for small animals, or like I have done with it. A little bee area for them in the garden. Placed a couple rocks in and just enough water for it to cover the rocks that way they can rest and drink water but not worry about drowning. Very well made, light weight so the rocks give it a little more weight to it, paint job is fantastic and I just love this piece added to the garden!
