Comfortable and doesn’t lose its shape.
I like the firmer foam inside those neck pillow, for most situations. Especially in a middle seat!! Helps keep your head straight so you don’t fall into the stranger next to you if you doze off. It’s comfortable. One snap fell off within the first flight transfer. The other snap ripped through the fabric, but was still functional by popping it back into the hole. Overall I feel like I got good value out of this on our recent trip to Thailand. 21 hours of flying each way was a long journey, but his neck support helped!

Production does not match descriptions. The neck pillow was a lot smaller than shown in the description. the quality of the product is poor.
