Great help for menopause symptoms.

Life saver
This cream was a lifesaver for me for 2 years when saliva tests showed that my progesterone levels were very low. It stopped hot flashes and night sweats, and it allowed me to sleep through the night. Recently I did a saliva test, because my symptoms returned with a vengance. Now my estradiol levels have plummeted also (menopause is a b****!. I am now adding BioEstro-Care to supplement my estogen deficiency. I follow Dr.Lee's (great book on hormone balance management) advice and will try to keep a balance of estrogen to progesterone. I will continue using this cream in conjunction with BioEstro-Care.

Does the Job
I needed one that was micro available (easily absorbed) as well as SOY free. (No matter what they tell you, soy can cause horrible side effects and hormone imbalances. If you want to keep your hair and your testosterone levels at a healthy place - men or women - please avoid soy milk and soy based supplements carefully!) Natural Radiance is one of the very few online progesterone creams that IS soy free. Otherwise I would have to get a prescription cream from a natural pharmacy, for around 100 dollars a month. If you have severe cysts or other hormonal issues, then this cream may not be adequate. But for overall help with estrogen dominance and pre period blues, this is your ticket! :D

What a Body Needs
I loved this brand for DHEA, so I thought to try out this for my legs to speed up healing the muscles. Works like a charm. I use every other day and massage into the calf and upper thigh after a leg replacement. I have finally began walking without a cane in the house. Excellent progress.

I use this cream for post menopause faithfully, days 1 through 21 of each month, as directed. (There are also instructions for perimenopause, and for men.) When I forget to use it, I still get the hot flashes. This stuff helps keep me sane and comfortable ... 'nough said.

Nothing to brag about*****
I don't really see or feel a real difference since using this cream. I have been using it for over 3 weeks and will continue to finish out this jar. But I don't think I will order any more. I hope it does show some good signs b/f the jar is empty.
