Tastes great, but SLOW to filter and SPILLS a lot (top doesn't stay on well)
Updated: customer service was great via email — quick replacement and no issues with the updated one so far!——We drink a lot of water. We love that this filter tastes great and has a large capacity. That said, there are two things you need to know:1) The filtration takes a long time -- we've been using it for about 25 days and it's already 30% slower than when the filter was new (our area has decent water quality -- nothing complicated). Because of that, when someone fills the pitcher, for the next 30 minutes, the top will remain full of water.2) Because of (1), when the next person goes to pour a glass, there is a good chance it will spill EVERYWHERE when the top comes off. Even holding the top on, we're about 10% chance for flooding the countertops right now. It's a solid filter and the water tastes great, but my wife is ready to get rid of it because the of (2). Be warned :-)

Very Pleased with Purchase
I purchased my Epicwater Filter a few weeks ago and really like it! I want to filter out the tap water I use to fill up my hot water dispenser that I use to make tea throughout the day. My refrigerator has a water filter and I like the option of double filtering that water as well. The Epicwater filter is super easy to use. You just fill the top section with water and then it passes through the filtration system into a separate section below in the pitcher. There is a digital countdown on the pitcher to let you know when you will need to replace the filter (every 90 days). I haven’t had to replace the filter yet.The water tastes clean. And I just like to know that I’m filtering out metals and chemicals from my water including fluoride.I’m glad I made this purchase and plan to continue using it.

Seems great!
It's not like I'm going to spend money on a water test to review this, but it does filter very slowly, which seems to indicate that it is a rigorous filter! I try to stay ahead of it by pouring some into a glass pitcher and making more. I like the design as well, and the countdown timer on the lid seems like a good thing. My well water tastes fine on its own, but I like the security of filtering until I ever get around to purchasing an RO system. Plus, I can take it with me places, so would still use it either way.

Great filter for a family of 5 and lots of pets.
They recently decided in my town to add ammonia to our water with the chlorine. I do not want my family to drink this for health concern and taste. This filter removes all taste from the water and is much better than my refrigerator filter. It is easy to fill and use. The filters are easier to attach and are cheaper than my refrigerator filter. And it removes ten times the amount of materials I do not want in my drinking water.

Good Filtration; Horrible Pitcher
Epic uses filters that are claimed to be conforming to NSF/ANSI 53/58, removal of PFAS ("Forever Chemicals"). For that reason, this model of pitcher is great. But the pitcher itself is hard to pour, and somewhat annoying to fill. I don't know why they added the "timer" to warn about replacement--a packet of paper stick-on labels would have been much more useful, especially since replacement period depends on how much water you filter every day. Given the price of the replacement filters, the pitcher is just overpriced! I would switch back to Brita if Brita would just add the NSF/ANSI 53/58 standard to the list of how they test their filters.

Great product
I spent a really long time researching for a water purification system that wasn't going to cost me hundreds of dollars this meets all the needs that I was looking for. It filters pfas and all sorts of other toxins and harmful substances in your drinking water. I've had it for half a year now and I really like it. With a great buy.

Sometimes You Don't Get What You Pay For!!
I was very hopeful about this filtration pitcher when I ordered it, however, after using it a couple of weeks, my hopes were crushed. It's on it's way back now to Amazon. First, I was extremely dismayed at the flimsy rigid plastic the components are made of, especially considering the nearly $65 price tag. It was stressful using the pitcher because it was obvious it could crack and break if I dropped or banged it in any way (why bother with plastic, then, Epic??!!!). The design is also very poor, as the filtered water chamber barely holds half the 8 cups advertised (the other 4 cups advertised evidently consisting of unfiltered water in a full upper chamber); then, when you try to pour your pitiful few ounces of filtered water into your glass, the spout is positioned in such a way that both the filtered water, from the bottom portion of the pitcher, and any unfiltered water in the upper chamber end up in your glass together!! To make sure only filtered water ended up in my glass, I had to remove the lid and upper chamber entirely before pouring, with the filter drizzling water all over the place! Ridiculous!! Finally, the greatest disappointment is that the filter itself does not perform well in my opinion. The water tasted crappy to me but, worst of all, every day I would find a thin film of some kind of residue floating on the surface of any tea I made with water from this pitcher. Gross!! This did not happen when I experimented by comparing tea made with bottled water with that made using the Epic water. So, I'm over it and returning this device. Very seldom do I find a need to write a review on Amazon, but felt I would be extremely negligent if I failed to alert consumers to the problems I experienced.

I feel good about this great tasting water filter!
With the Epic Nano Water Filter Pitcher we were up and running soon after we had it unboxed. Our well water TASTES GREAT when filtered, and we have peace of mind that the water is good for us. It is easy to use--just pour in cold water from the tap. Ours takes about 15 minutes for an approximate half pitcher of filtered water. It fits our routine well. We wash the pitcher including lid once every 2 weeks. It doesn't take much time at all. The great thing is it's quite easy to keep up our supply of fresh water that we use for cooking and drinking and for our cats.

You Cannot find filters
There are No filters available for this system. Amazon customer service attempted to locate one and I purchased it, and it did not fit. I would NOT recommend buying this product.

Great flavor, nice clear water.
Love the flavour of the water this pitcher makes. It is a very slow drip compared to my old Brita, but has a nicer flavour and I feel safer using this. In my area every spring there are boil water advisories due to run-off and the dangers of cryptosporidium and giardia, so this just fits the bill. I noticed after a couple of weeks that there were very small, hairline cracks in the bottom, but I am not sure if someone else damaged it, (no one admits to it), or if it was flawed, but due to my lack of certainty I have not complained to the company. I little sealant fixed the trouble and it is serviceable once again.

Most Effective Water Filter Out There
The taste between the unfiltered water compared to this filters water is unmatched by anything I've ever used. Contaminants like chlorine, flouride, and lead are extremely toxic to the body and I highly encourage you to purchase this filter if you want to guarantee the removal of those toxins from your water. Cheers to good health

fabulous
I bought the nano filtration jug, it comes with a complete list of all the things that it filters the runs to 4 sides of A4, we are totally relieved not to be drinking all that poison anymore. You have to discard two lots of filtered water before using it...we find the filtered water tastes almost like melted snow! Very soft and completely different to our south London tap water. I have read some comments about poor quality plastic and the lid coming off. These comments nearly put me off purchasing the jug, I am glad I ignored them, the benefits far outweigh any criticisms, yes the lid does come off when you pour, but ONLY if the filter trough still has water in it, the water in the trough pushes the lid off and water goes everywhere. Simple solution...don't pour any water until it is all filtered through.
