Easy install, nice product
The media could not be loaded. It was an easy assembly and mount for me. My cat seems to like it so far !

Cut wrong
The pieces for the bottom aren't cut properly. Veey slightly too long to fit the groove.

Great but can't use the drywall anchors that come with it
I bought two of these and my cats really enjoy it but you have to use smaller drywall anchors to secure it to the wall. I also ended up using toggle bolts for the shelf they sit on just to be safe. The drywall anchors it comes with are the same size as the screws, and since part of the screw is inside wood, it never goes far enough to get far enough into the anchor. If the product would include smaller drywall anchors, I would give it 5 stars.
