Swiss Classic 2 Piece Paring Knife Set, 3.25" Straight and 4.5" Utility, Red

I love this set of knives! They're the ideal pair for most smaller kitchen jobs, and they stay amazingly sharp. I've used them for quite some time now, and they're just as good as the day I got them. I wash them by hand, and I do have a knife sharpener that I've used on the paring knife twice. They maintain their sharpness very well, and the handles are comfortable to grip. I own a larger Victorinox knife as well, and I find this brand to be a great value for the money! (Cook's Illustrated named them the best value for a quality knife a few years ago, which is how I learned about them in the first place.)

These knives are very sharp and cut extremely well. I recommend hand-washing them instead of putting them in the dishwasher, since dishwashers can dull the blades over time. They’re great quality and versatile, I use them for everything, including cutting meat. Definitely recommend.

Inexpensive, lightweight and super sharp. Recommended by America's Test Kitchen. Especially love the serrated knife because it's small and perfectly sized for so many things. I use it everyday . I should order multiples of just that knife alone.

We camp a lot and I cook on the fire. I have great Henkels knives at home but disliked taking my expensive knives to camp. I bought this set just for camping. JUst spent 5 days in the woods and used these daily. Im considering buying more just for the larger one alone as it is the BEST tomato knife Ive ever used! The paring knife was great as well. I like the bright lime green handles...less likely to get lost. As others said, they are super sharp. Will they stay sharp? Will the be able to be sharpened? Too soon to tell. I miss the perfect weight and blance of my expensive knives but these certainly handled just fine. Handles had some non slip ability too. Non cons on these knives. So many people go through life with dull, crappy knives which actually cause more acidents. This set is cheap enough that you should treat yourself.

These knives are great to grab for all purpose uses in the kitchen. The blades are surprisingly sharp and work great. I am a fan of serrated knives and these are great. I only gave hem a "4" because the handles could be a little more substantial. But don't let that stop you from trying them, they are a great buy!

Love these paring knives. I always look for them. Very sharp so be aware. Great serrated version is just what’s needed for tomatoes. I like the shape of the handle and blades. I would be happier to have a pointed tomato knife but this still good.

Knifes remain sharp over time, and the serrated one will cut veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers without any issue. Worth the price!
