This salami is my favorite commercially available salami

I bought this item from a livestream on Amazon. Creminelli is a brand I had seen/heard of in the store, but hadn’t seen them at the local grocery stores I shop at. I took a flyer and bought the product on Amazon, and it did not disappoint!The meat chub itself is wrapped in like this heavy duty meat wrap that has a nice almost chewiness and hardness to it. Inside, the meat is super tender and juicy. I couldn’t taste the whiskey too much, but it definitely was delicious. I chopped this up over the course of the week as a low carb, high protein dinner appetizer (honestly was tempted to eat the whole thing in a single sitting). Will definitely be buying again, and maybe adding to my Subscribe and Save list. Love this stuff, highly recommend for my meat lovers out there.

Very mild with non-gamey but wonderful flavor. Savory yet subtle. Don't be put off because it is constructed with wild boar. Because of the diet of wild boar they develop a wonderful yet unassuming flavor that is mild and in the case of this salami not overwhelmed by the seasonings. It is almost a shame to call it salami because of the american association of flavor to our common salami. This is way more understated and naturally more flavorful..... more on the sweet side and without the "hot bite" we often think of when we imagine salami. This was our first purchase of this brand of wild boar salami and they now have a customer for life. Best ever with a flavor that almost melts in your mouth at first then expands with a flavor that begs for just one more bite, then another and another........ Next time I will double my order!

It is very tasty, but very salty. I put a lot of butter on a piece of bread to eat it, then I thoroughly enjoy it.It is somewhat expensive but it is to be expected for all the imported foods are.

So I have experience with the product. I always receive this product monthly and order several at a time by subscription over the past year. I've always enjoyed it, and in the past it has always been well within expiration date, a nice dry casing, and tastes great. My order this month is just NASTY! I opened one of them, it was disgustingly slimy, casing sliding off and smelled bad. I said to myself, ok, maybe just one was like this, so I opened another, from a separate order that arrived at the same time, and it was just as disgusting. I looked at the rest of them through the wrapper, none have the white dusted casing and all are slippery within the package, some of the packages were swollen, product off-gassing I have to assume? When I tried to return, it says, sorry product not returnable. I will be sending a message to the seller today, but I am taking this off my auto-subscription. I've never seen such a foul looking and smelling product.

It’s been a long time since I bought salami that was sealed in paper, and I mean the salami itself, like my grandfather used to make and you have to peel off before slicing or eating, however you choose. It was very tasty although I felt it had a bit too much fat around the stick itself. And it’s much smaller than I expected so I was kinda disappointed. But the taste was there, it was ok, but I don’t think I’ll buy it again. I found it’s not worth the cost.

Excellent ratio of meat and fat, great mild flavor with a lovely garlic kiss. Absolutely delicious! I recommend this Casalingo Salami to everyone. I used to have to purchase it from artisan shops online, so I was stoked to find it on Amazon. It arrived in great condition and tasted great as always. It's like meat candy!
