Smart Ink provide a brilliant product and service
Smart Ink provides a viable alternative to extortionately priced Hewlitt Packard printer cartridges. HP have until now done a grand job in ensuring that it's printer owners can use only it's own rip-off "genuine" HP replacement products. Smart Link is now however changing the cartridge landscape. Whilst a smooth transition to Smart Link may involve some setting up and uploading of new information the process is more than worth the effort. I've awarded 4 stars, if the cartridges go the distance it'll be 5 stars for product and 5 + for service.

Worked on a HP PRINTER, I had to ask for support and got it in a few mins, excellent deal compared to the usual branded cartridges.

Great compatible ink cartridges
Great aftercare service. HP advised that cartridges were not OEM and locked printer unless I used their product. Contacted Smart Ink customer service who responded to my issue within minutes and emailed me a step by step solution which enabled my Smart Ink cartridges to work. Great product, Great Price and Excellent customer service.

5 Cartridges for the price of 1 HP original. Had an issue with the printer trying to lock out the new cartridges but the support team fixed that with me in less than 5 minutes. I have bought these 3 times now and they have worked every time.

I bought these Smart Ink cartridges in March but only opened them recently, and my HP printer immediately showed the message: “Cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip.” The printer completely refuses to use them. I contacted Smart Ink support, who confirmed the problem is due to HP’s latest firmware and said the UAE reseller should handle refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, this means the cartridges are unusable and a waste of money. I strongly recommend checking compatibility or buying official HP cartridges instead.

The ink cartridges are not printing good, ink is leaking on papers and colours are not correct. Black colour is totally scraped.
