Wonderful. I used this instead of narcotics for hip replacement surgery. I still use it daily for various things-surgery discomfort, arthritis pain, etc. I had a very bad toothache. I rubbed some on the outside of lower jaw (cheek area) and tooth stopped hurting. Sister uses it on her doggie for hip pain, he stops limping. I bought the gallon. When its gone, I will repurchase gallon.
