Comfortable, Soft and Ergonomic
Very comfortable, ergonomic and soft to touch. It's like having memory pillows in your neck. Soft enough to provide comfort while not resisting against your neck and provides support, which is how it should be. It's my second purchase and pretty happy with the quality. Materials are soft and high quality. Easy to install and remove. A bit costly but delivers what it intends to.

Quality control issues
Bought this head rest seeing good reviews,But after just using for 5 days the stiches have given way . Did not expect such low quality ..Also the velcro is coming off..bad qualityDon't know if i will get a replacement as it's 10 days since purchase..
