My Ramen is a traditional authentic vegan Japanese Ramen Soup in three flavors. Soy Sauce, Miso and Salt. Unlike other instant ramen products, My Ramen contains no MSG, chemicals, preservatives, additives or GMO ingredients.

While sticking to ramen's authentic traditional roots, we experimented with different noodle recipes to see which noodle would enhance our highly refined traditional flavors of "Soy Sauce", "Miso" and "Salt" by absorbing more of the flavor into the noodle so that the subtle flavors and aromas that give My Ramen its exceptional taste are enjoyed to their fullest. - My Ramen is produced in small artisanal batches in Tokyo, Japan. Soy - We finished in a traditional soy sauce ramen that matched the flavor of soy sauce and menma (simmered bamboo shoots). Black pepper was added to provide contrast and accent. We stand confident you will thoroughly enjoy this product. - Miso Flavor - By using garlic as a hidden taste, and coexist that with spices (garlic, onion powder, pepper, ginger powder, red pepper), we express deeper richness and brought out the taste of miso abundantly. Salt Flavor - Dashi draws out the scent of the sea and celery is a hidden yet key component of the flavoring. As a result, the soup is rich in flavor and umami, yet not overtly salty. We stand proud of this Myramen offering.
The My Ramen Company was inspired by and created from the desire of a crew of ramen addicted friends to bring a healthy, chemical and MSG free, vegan, macrobiotic and most importantly, tasty instant version of traditional, authentic Japanese ramen to the world. One of the crew of friends is Hiroaki Sakata, owner of the Bib Gourmand rated Tokyo ramen restaurant Menya Shichisai. For over a year the My Ramen crew experimented.
