Horrendous texture and flavor. Terrible experience.
This is the most horrid and disgusting chalky thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. Maybe it was my fault for putting three at a time in my mouth and chewing them. It made me gag and vomit it up. I then tried swallowing them whole to workaround the disgusting texture and flavor, but it got stuck in my throat… Horrible stuff. I’m throwing it out and buying gummies instead like a normal person.

Great tasting creatine gummies
My son and I have been using these creatine chews for several weeks and I have to say, they work. Because I have been using creatine supplements for several years, it's hard to say whether these chews are better than other creatine supplements, but I do know they are working. I only use a half dosage, more for maintenance purposes than for muscle growth, so I haven't seen large scale muscle gains, but haven't lost muscle either, so I have to believe it's doing it's job. I have notice that I am recovering more quickly after hard workouts, which is a big reason why I use them. I normally use creatine powder, but I thought I would give these chews a try and I like them. My son especially likes them better than the powder because he doesn't need water to mix them with. The taste is OK. My only issue with this supplement is that it contains sucralose. I react to sucralose, so I 've stopped using them, but my son is still using them daily. The container comes with a 30 day supply, but since I use a half dose for maintenance purpose, it lasts 60 days for me. Overall, as long as you don't have an issue with sucralose, this is a great supplement that does what it's supposed to. I would recommend it.
