Sizes are good. Not a one size fits all thing.
My son works for a tree/lawn service. Very hot and sweaty nasty job. This vest is great. He loves it. The elastic sides are great and the zipper makes it stay in place. Looks nice on also. And keeps him cool for hours. He’s thin so got the small/medium and it fits great. So far so good!

Keeps you cool
I got this for summer because I’ll be gardening a lot but it’s too big for me. I gave one to my husband and it fits great. He used it working outdoors and said it worked great. Kept him cool for a few hours. I will still use mine during summer and edit this comment.

5xl might fit a 190lb person. Maybe!
Ordered a size 5xl, must run 3 sizes smaller. Have a 3xl from another brand that fits. This one will not come close to zipping.

Works in the desert
Works great! I ride a motorcycle in Palm Desert and it keeps my core cool. It was 112 when I first tested it and it helped a lot. The rest of my body was blazing but even under my gear it worked. Would recommend but if you dont like dampness it may not be for you.

Amazing!
I got this for my husband for work in AZ summers! He said it does make a huge difference. He now wears it under his shirt at work. The quality is great, very durable for working outside. I'm sure it will still snag thought just be careful. It is comfortable and a good fit. Will be using this product over and over!!!

Works great
This product was great for a motorcycle trip kept this in my cooler so when the ice melted I had a cooling vest when the weather was hot in las vegas size was on spot

Terrible product
Bought it for Disney didn’t work at all actually made me feel hotter and yes I did soak it before putting it on waste of money ended up taking it off and being fine with just my t shirt very disappointing
