The quality is great , the cod liver taste isn’t super strong but you can definitely still taste it which is great for me. It’s definitely easy to swallow, hold ya breath. My skin looks better to me , I don’t feel sluggish, I haven’t felt and pain in my chest and heart but I’ve started switching how I eat also. It’s helping with the flu.
