Looking to find a cushion for an over-bath, plastic swivel shower seat. This is a surprisingly excellent product. It is remarkably comfortable despite its eggshell construction. It is also helpful for incontinent patients.

Thicker would have been better

A good idea but far too small for most seats and far too thin to be truly pressure absorbing. If it was twice as thick and half as large again, it’d be brilliant. As it is, you need to be small (I’m not) and sit on small chairs.

Bought for my dad when he was bedbound and got pressure sores. Helped abit with the pain.

My office chair was starting to look worn out after so many years. I bought this mainly to cover the worn patches but found the cushion to be more comfortable than the leather seat before. I can sit for longer on the chair now.I tried using it with and without the cover and I prefer it without the cover, but it can feel cool for the first few minutes.With the cover on the anti slip side helps against it sliding off to a small degree, but if the chair is tilted at an angle, or you are generally quite fidgety, it will slide occasionally. Its all down to personal preference.Also the gel doesn’t give off any odours. The cover includes a handle to hold the cushion for transport, I like this feature, but if I was to improve on the cover I would have wished they included either some kind of strap design or Velcro design on the side, to give an added option to secure the cushion to a chair. The cover is made of Polyester and feels pretty durable.Overall I would recommend this cushion after having purchased it for a while.

Not too bad but could give more comfort as a pressure pad it feels a bit hard.
