I love this - bought to help with back pain which it does really well, it's also great for relaxation. Heats up quickly and is very easy to use and to clean after. It's fairly heavy and bulky which is a little annoying and makes it a little difficult to fold back in to the carry bag and store (but this is probably unavoidable really). That's my only complaint. It's a great piece of kit and provides a deep, relaxing heat that really helps with pain and leaves me feeling rejuvenated.

This is amazing. It really works to relax me that I actually fall asleep. As for sweating 🥵 my word I come out dripping and so is the blanket. I’d highly recommend this just for the relaxation but I do get a lot of pain relief and sleep much better the days I use it. I have also lost weight but I can’t honestly say if it’s down to the blanket or not

Fantastic sauna blanket. Used for 30mins with foil wrap. Sweated a huge amount. Dried myself off with towel included and Was able to collect pool of sweat which nearly filled a whole glass. Very happy with my purchase.

This is an amazing product. I use it three times a week. I am Wisconsin dairy farmer, and I enjoy the warmth of the sauna blanket . I love how the temperatures and timers are adjustable and how it relaxes my muscles in my mind.. this is a great product and I highly recommend anybody that is physically active using in one of these. It has help relive stress and muscle stiffness.

I tried the infrared body sleeve as soon as I got it. I set it up on my bed with a fantastic view of the setting sun over the river. I was pleasantly surprised with the heat level and plenty of healthy sweating going on. It does take a little time to warm up but by the time I was ready to crawl in, it was nice and toasty. I had a Finish sauna in my last home and missed the wonderful heat and healing it offered but with all the research I have done, I wanted the infrared for help with aches and pains. This product did not disappoint. I would recommend. It did arrive earlier than stated. Big bonus - the foil blankets to protect the pouch and increase it's efficiency.

Love it! I use it every day. Most amazing feeling at level 4-5. Better than real saunas in my opinion
