Solder Flux for Electronics Soldering, No Clean Soldering Flux Paste(10CC/Bottle) for PCB, 5 PACK

This stuff is great for cleaning up mucky PCBs and traces. I've only tested it up to moderate corrosion and grime but it did really nicely. I would expect it to at least do a decent job with heavier duty. I let it sit for a bit and then scrub with a small brush or stiff flux pen tip. If I'm doing smaller or SMD stuff, then I apply another thin layer, place the part, and apply heat, whether air or iron. My temps are usually between 320-350°C. As long as you have scrubbed away the initial grime, evaporates really nicely with no discernible residue. There's a good quantity for what you pay, so a solid value. It comes in a syringe applicator including two luer lock tips (same size), which make it really easy to apply. I also really like that the tube of the syringe has an integrated stopper so that the plunger is removable for clean and easy storage between uses. However I would recommend at least having a couple smaller tips for finer work and the converse if you need to cover bigger areas.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why there are negative reviews on this and one person saying the tube was soft or squishy or something like that? The tube is solid plastic so that makes zero sense. I was soldering in a tight space and truly appreciated the fine point tips that were included. Solder went where I wanted and I was finally able to fix a project I had been putting off for a while. I would not say this is truly "no clean", but I really never expect flux to be so that does not bother me at all.

Decent for price

I like this product. In terms of value for money, it pretty much can't be beat. I'm about half way through the product and have used it for pretty much all my soldering. Works well for SMB and larger forms. So why the star off? Simply because it says "no clean". This is frankly untrue. Multiple reviews have mentioned it cleans off well with isopropyl alcohol - and it does, but the operative word there is "cleans". I suppose you could argue that you don't *have* to clean it, maybe you love that burnt sticky look and smell but come on... I'll buy it again once I'm nearly out with this one because otherwise it really can't be beat, but come on...

El flux en jeringuilla me pareció de muy buena calidad, es muy limpio trabajar con este flux ademas trae adaptador para aplicar generosamente o fino. La presentación del producto en jeringa me parece muy bien ya que en definitva previene la contaminacion del mismo en comparacion con otros productos en presentación de pomada. Este flux primeramente lo he utilizado para soldar headers de arduinos nano, los cuales por su espacio reducido, se necesita tener cuidado de soldar rapidamente para no sobre calentar la placa. El resultado fue muy bueno ya que ayuda en este tipo de delicados procesos. Aunque este flux es muy limpio y no deja residuos, considero que es necesario dar una limpieza a la placa con isopropilico o liquido dielectrico para limpiar el flux. En general, considero que es un excelente producto para soldadura de electroncia general con cautin de 60W.
