Tasty Freekeh. Too much packaging.
This product was tasty and easy to prepare. It was not noticeably different from other Freekeh products. I was disappointed in the small quantity in this cardboard box. possibly did not need the additional packaging of a cardboard box with a sealed plastic bag of grains inside. IT simply belied the very small quantity of product. the box could have been half the size.

My new favourite food. Very easy to prepare. I use it with Quorn pieces and a vegetable stock.

This is an excellent side dish. It has relatively few calories and it is very low in carbs and sugar compared to other wholegrain side dishes. In terms of taste, it is similar to spelt.
