I can't speak to the adhesive quality of these breast forms, because I am using them with a special bra that has pockets for inserts. I had a double mastectomy, and up till now I was using a bra with foam inserts, which added some padding but didn't really look natural. The thing I like about these is that they truly feel and look like breasts. They're heavy, so they don't shift around when I'm wearing them, like the pads sometimes do. And they have nipples!! That feel like real nipples! Most of the time I don't wear a bra, but there are certain items of clothing that just don't look good unless you have breasts. These are perfect.

My wife got these, and they work well enough. Her only complaint is that the nipple area is a pretty bright red, like unnaturally red.
