Neewer makes good stuff at reasonable prices. The hot shoe adapter fits easily into my Sony ZV E10 and it screws down tightly and securely. The clamp holds my S20 FE phone very securely. I highly recommend this phone holder

Great metal adapter
I ordered this adapter to use with my Samsung Z Fold5. The big selling points to me were the width/depth of the grip, the metal construction, the fact that the adapter tilts, and the number of accessories that can be attached to it.The grip easily holds my giant Z Fold5 (folded closed) even though I have a very thick case that also has a kickstand on the back of it. That was a major plus along with a very sturdy metal construction of the adapter itself.However, while the grip is good, I'm questioning the longevity of the spring- loaded portion of the grip. It is tight enough right now, but it's very easy to nudge the phone a bit and the spring moves too easily for my comfort level. And as time goes on, I'm concerned the spring will just "loosen" and drop my expensive phone.Otherwise, this is a fantastic product.

Strong and sturdy but not wide enough
I have a Samsung galaxy s20 ultra, and with the case on it, this mount is unable to open wide enough to hold the phone. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to it. The mount itself is solidly built and incredibly sturdy, with 2 cold shoe slots and both ends and the ability to attach this mount itself via either 1/4 screw slots or cold shoe mounts.
