Arrived completely knotted
I wanted a miniature Newton's Cradle but instead I got a mess where all the balls were tied into an interlocking mass of knots. I've spent hours trying to unknot this mess and still barely made any progress. It was such a mess that it's clear this was done intentionally. It was like they sold me a Newton's Cradle that someone's toddler ruined just to get it off of their hands.
