GlossierHaloscope Balm Dewy Highlighter Stick - Quartz - Pearlescent Glowing Shimmer

This product is great and highlights where you want it. It gives a nice lift and glow. I have ordered this twice from this seller and have purchased it from Sephora. My last purchase here didn’t go up or down. It had the rotating base but it was already at the top when I opened the sealed package. Quickly is was to the point where the product hit the base and I have to use my finger to apply it. I think this last one was defective packaging. The product itself is lovely.

Cuando saqué del empaque el iluminador tenia toda la barra pegada en el tapón. No se ve igual que en las fotos.
