I'm a full time tileman, been at it 14 years and I have never seen a kit this nice. I love all the available finishes and options! Easy to work with, I just added 3 threaded to PEX connections to the outputs and ran PEX to all my lines. This is the nicest kit I've installed & a great price because if you bought all of this individually you will be double the price. Impressed!

If you have older plumbing there is more work than just for a DYI. This shower system is real nice. I love the bar that extends the rain shower. It's longer and just looks so clean the polished chrome is gorgeous. I love everything about this item. Good price for a beautiful quality product and this evaluation is pre-installation.

Using it for an outdoor shower. Rain shower head works very nicely and the handheld wand connection is not plastic but rust resistant metal. Great price for a high end shower system that includes a thermostatic valve. Correct temperature every time it is used. Clear installation instructions, solid construction, and easy installation.

We’ve had this for a year now. Looks stunning, love the modern look. Water pressure is great!Only 4 star because it did scratch a bit but not too noticeable but a little of the color did come off. Overall satisfied

The metal construction is fine and i haven't yet had long term use to know if the gold plating of the metal comes off or it rusts etc.I can only comment on the installation and instructions, which was terrible. The instructions are very unclear and cannot be understood. There is no online website or other manuals or videos. Just what they provide which you can try and try and you still won't understand. As a result, we installed it and installation came out wrong. Instructions say that you must align a red dot on the valve to red dot on the valve shell so the temperature control works properly. Well there was no red dot on the valve shell, only on the valve. We aligned best we could and installed the whole thing and put the handle, and of course, doesn't work. Now the handles when facing straight up is super hot water when it should have been hot when you turn the handle left. And you have to turn the handle all the way to the bottom to get cold water. There is no way to fix this issue unless you uninstall the whole thing and figure out the proper alignment again. Even my plumber was frustrated with this. So now i'm going to live with having the shower head give me really hot water as soon as i turn it on and turn the dial to bottom to get normal/cold water. Wish i could undo now and send this back but too late.

I recently added a third bathroom to my house. I purchased this because I like the rain shower feature and this also has a hand held sprayer. My sister came to visit for a few days and was the first person to try out my new bathroom. Everything in the new bathroom worked perfectly. She loved the shower. I would buy this again if I was installing another bathroom (this house has not room for a forth bathroom).

I’m updating from 1 star to 5 stars since I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and they sent details regarding how the shower works properly. Turns out It was not working properly because I didn’t know how to use it hahaha… so sorry for the misunderstanding and very appreciated the help and orientation received from the manufacturer and Amazon. I love my shower. It feels like being under a amazing soft waterfall. Extremely recommended! 🤗
