Original review:Not machine washable as mentionedThe product cannot go in the washing machine as indicated. It severely broke on 30 degree gentle cycle w/o spin.Update:Seller immediately contacted me after the review with explanation and refund option.Useless to say the customer service long beats the unfortunate experience with what seemed to be a defective piece.Recommendations:Carefully inspect the product upon receipt and immediately contact the seller if you see anything unusual, so that they can immediately help with any issue.
