This is a nice push up board. It is pretty compact which is nice for us as we don't have a lot of storage room for gym equipment. The two pieces snap together very easily and the handles just drop right into the holes wherever you want them. The handles are very easy to put in and out of the different holes for focusing on different muscles and it has a bunch of options for different types of push ups and exercises. They are also pretty comfortable to hold. It is very easy to take back apart for storage. It would be nice if the handles stored in it or could clip onto the board to keep it all together but it is only a couple of pieces so its not hard to store it all together very easily. I like that the resistance bands are included but they don't work super well with the board. They offer very little resistance. I'm 6'2" and they are pretty much loose while I'm standing on the board. They do have clips on the end so I've found that you can clip them onto a door handle or some other attachment point anywhere else around the house and then stand far enough away to get some decent resistance. If you are using them for recovery or range of motion, they will be ok but you aren't building any muscle with the bands. Overall, though, I do like the board and think it makes a very good addition to the home gym.

It was smaller than I thought but a great product. My kid is a wrestler and this is the kid of fitness tool to give them that special edge on the mat. I have arthritis in one wrist and this really takes the pressure off. As I said earlier, it is smaller than I thought but, makes it very practical for storage and still gets the job done.
