Does what it says on the tin.
Using this to run 6 3-pin fans on two 360 radiators and it works fine. I haven't checked to see if speed control works for 3-pin fans however because I run my fans at full speed anyways since they are low speed silent fans.

Lies, all lies.... Does not do what it say's it will do......
This is a slitter ONLY. Fans are not controlled via PWM as stated. Connect it and ALL fans run at FULL speed! Deserves "0" stars and not worth sending back. You got me seller, hope my review prevents you from getting others!!!
