I am a big bag person but wanted to get a smaller bag that's trending for the season. I actually can fit a good amount of stuff in this bag; wallet, keys, phone, sunglasses, reading glasses and more. The material is just soft enough not to look really fake. Love the coffee color. Fits snugly if on my shoulder; cute hung on the elbow. Have gotten some compliments on it. No issues so far with zipper or anything else. Good purchase.

What a beautifully made purse...all of it. The lining in the main compartment & exterior zipped pocket is gorgeous, making it look high-end. The stitching and craftmanship was very well done. Based on the weight, feel and appearance you would think it was definitely leather but it isin't. This handbag came with 2 straps...the crossbody is a wide nylon webbed strap ( guitar strap width with logo ) and the secondary strap is same materialIReason for return is that this was gifted and this color didnt work for her. I intend to re-purchase the bag in pink for myself. I look forward to purchasing another Montana West bag as this bag surprised me with its quality, especially for the price ! Truly a well-made, quality bag that fits all your needs....P.S. I saw in multiple reviews that it is a small bag...check the dimensions but I did not find that to be true, plus the base opens widely to allow even more must-have necessities. Try it, you'll like it.
